You may withdraw electronic-record consent by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the legal effectiveness of Records provided before it is received and may delay or prevent processing of your inquiry.
6. Contact information
You are responsible for keeping your email address and other contact information current.
7. Acknowledgment
By checking the consent box, you confirm that you have read and agree to this disclosure, meet the system requirements, and can access and retain electronic Records.
